BHUFlowCon 2025 brought together over 60 participants from across India for two immersive days of hands-on learning, expert insights, and collaborative discovery in the realm of clinical flow cytometry. From live demonstrations to real-time data analysis, the workshop focused on bridging the gap between principles and practice—especially in resource-limited settings.

BHUFLOWCON 2025: A Resounding Success
Beyond Expectations
February 2025 will be remembered as a landmark month in the academic calendar of hematology and immunology, as BHUFLOWCON 2025 unfolded with unmatched energy, expertise, and enthusiasm at Banaras Hindu University.
What began as a focused initiative to empower young minds and laboratory professionals in the evolving field of Flow Cytometry turned into a full-house success — with footfalls exceeding our seating capacity, and engagement spilling over into the hallways, discussion corners, and networking zones.
Overflowing Attendance, Overwhelming Response
Despite limited seating, the overwhelming interest from students, researchers, clinicians, and laboratory technologists led to registrations going beyond expectation. Attendees came from across the country, turning BHUFLOWCON into not just a regional academic event, but a national gathering of minds driven by scientific curiosity and innovation.
Elite Faculty, Enriching Sessions
We were honoured to host an elite lineup of national and international speakers, each of whom brought their unique insights, simplifying complex immunophenotyping and advancing flow cytometry protocols in diagnostics and research. From sepsis biomarkers to leukemia panels, from standardization of assays to case-based troubleshooting, the sessions reflected the very pulse of current-day flow cytometry.
Hands-On Training & Live Demos
One of the major highlights of BHUFLOWCON 2025 was the hands-on workshop, designed to give real-time exposure to budding scientists and technical staff. Participants had the rare opportunity to handle high-end cytometers, analyze clinical datasets, and get trained by experts who have shaped the flow cytometry landscape in India.
